About the Job / Key Responsibilities
We are looking for talented & ambitious professionals to grow our Project Management team and join our ongoing mission to deliver in-depth and top-tier cybersecurity services to our valued clients. As part of this role, you will lead dynamic and cross-functional teams of cybersecurity experts in the planning, overseeing, and monitoring of critical projects – from initiation to completion- aimed at fortifying our clients’ defenses against cyber-attacks and evolving threats, and enhancing their security posture and resilience.
The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Assemble and manage project teams (in coordination with the relevant stakeholders from CENSUS), assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, monthly timesheets, ad-hoc reports being requested by our clients or the tech leads.
- Define projects’ objectives and deliverables in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Be one of the client’s main point of contacts, maintain regular communication, and facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve project related matters.
- Coordinate logistics with our clients for a smooth project initiation.
- Oversee the project’s execution, ensuring the deliverables and milestones stay on track while respecting the budget and quality of services.
- Monitor utilization and adjust as needed to achieve maximum utilization of resources with regards to tasks to be assigned to technical team.
- Assist with the onboarding of new engineers in the projects you are leading.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years Project/Program Management experience
- Experience working in IT, Cyber Security and Technical domains
- Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2)
- Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling, including ability to develop project plans
- Extensive experience in a client facing environment
- Proven track record of engaging and managing projects in line with Partners, Vendors
- End to End experience in managing and supporting multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including engagement at Executive/Leadership level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodological and disciplined manner
- Strong experience with project fundamentals and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage and support the development, implementation, and communication of cyber security tasks and projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive decisions
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Capability to lead communications and manage risks, issues and escalations
- Attention to detail regarding creation and management of core project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in resource management and forecasting
