What you'll be doing...
The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant is responsible for Accounts Payable duties and supports several clerical functions related to the Trust Accounting department. The position also plays a key role in ensuring invoices and expenses are processed correctly and timely, and our internal and external clients receive the highest levels of service.
- Process accounts payable invoices for assigned trusts
- Facilitate the appropriate and timely processing of Trust expenses
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Complete tax filing and reconciliation across multiple systems
- Organize files, scan documents, send packages
- Support interdepartmental teams as it relates to assigned Trusts
*This is a part-time position (18-24 hours per week) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Who you are...
- Knowledgeable. Basic accounts payable principles and math aptitude
- Experienced. Minimum 1-year of accounts payable experience
- Team Player. Works well independently and effectively collaborate with others
- Analytical. Able to quickly assess and analyze problems and develop solutions
- Technically Savvy. MS Office (basic level), QuickBooks, Bill.com, Adobe Acrobat
