Northwest Administrators, Inc. administers pension benefits for multiple pension plans and thousands of participants. We support plan participants transitioning from work to retirement and navigating life changes that affect their pension benefits.

What you'll be doing...


  • Effectively lead a team of 10+ claims processors and support staff
  • Supervise claims processing, manage workflow, and ensure quality
  • Hire, train and provide support materials for new staff
  • Supervise staff and review/improve processes and systems
  • Liaison between teams to ensure accuracy of information and minimize escalations
  • Report on team production and performance metrics
  • Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied

Location: This position is expected to work on-site in the Seattle office during the initial training period with an option for a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

  • Educated: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Salary range of $67K - $91K per year (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
