What you'll be doing...
- Effectively lead a team of 10+ claims processors and support staff
- Supervise claims processing, manage workflow, and ensure quality
- Hire, train and provide support materials for new staff
- Supervise staff and review/improve processes and systems
- Liaison between teams to ensure accuracy of information and minimize escalations
- Report on team production and performance metrics
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
Location: This position is expected to work on-site in the Seattle office during the initial training period with an option for a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

- Salary range of $67K - $91K per year (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
