We are hiring a
Vice President of Partnerships to work with our Business Development Team to help us expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem, driving mutual success and growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead our Partnerships team.
WHO YOU ARE
Your team and colleagues consider you a strategic thinker, dynamic leader, and a highly motivated, results-oriented professional. In this role, you’ll drive the development and management of our various partner channels (MSSP, Rsesseller, etc), contributing significantly to our overall growth and success. You’ll work closely with the leaders across Hyperproof to ensure our partners are fully enabled and supported.
WHAT YOU'll DO
- Attract, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Foster a collaborative and competitive team culture that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.
- Develop executive relationships at the highest level of the partner.
- Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships in the U.S. and overseas.
- Develop and own the quarterly/yearly revenue targets for the partnership organization.
- Regularly review and analyze revenue data to ensure targets are being met and make adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of our key strategic focus areas.
- Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and leverage those relationships for greater collective impact.
- Drive a relationship management program to support partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis, and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships.
- Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement, and development of strategic partnerships.
- Project and promote Hyperproof's business initiatives to new audiences and partners.
- Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities.
- Develop and manage partner agreements and information collection networks.
- Deliver professional sales presentations to potential partner organizations with the ability to persuade and close business.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, strategic partnerships, and management activities.
- Be a compelling member of our Executive Leadership team, thinking outside your lane, challenging where appropriate, and instilling confidence in our Board.
- Research trends, competition, and funding sources to strategically drive the business development pipeline.
- Travel monthly is expected to meet with partners, represent the company in webinars, conferences, and other events.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in a senior partnerships or channel development role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- At minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales or business development.
- 7+ years of successful direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of partner enablement, business development, and channel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset and ability to implement growth plans.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales effectiveness tools.
- Ability to manage individual relationships to achieve strong financial results.
- Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational).
- Demonstrated drive to solve problems in a matrix team environment with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated success in expanding and cultivating existing partnerships over time.
- Experience working as part of a senior management team and leading organizational strategy.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred.

- We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. Some travel may be required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
