We are currently looking for a dynamic and agile Marketing Assistant to join the team for a period of 10 months due to maternity cover.
About the Job / Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Organize and participate in conventions, annual meetings, trade associations on international level
- Maintain marketing tools and platforms so all involved departments are align with the marketing initiatives
- Liaise with external partners to come up with graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
- Monitor the departments KPIs on Social Media and Website
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development
- Ensure the marketing initiatives stay into the annual budget
- Act as a the focal point of contact in internal projects related to marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in marketing or in a related field
- Up to 2-3 years proven working experience in an established marketing department, particularly within the IT industry
- Proven success in executing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Experience with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven Success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
