What are we looking to add to our team?
SeekOut is looking for an experienced Technical Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to join for a limited term contract. We are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer who has a proven track record in sourcing and engaging top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruiting experience, exceptional sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. As a Technical Sourcer, you will work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract candidates for various technical roles. The primary focus of this role will be to source and recruit to help build out our Engineering team in Bangalore.
Contract initial length of the contract will be 3 months with a possibility of extension as needed.
You will:
- Create engaging candidate experiences ensuring that they walk away delighted that we surpassed their expectations
- Cultivate and manage effective sourcing strategies that identify and engage passive talent
- Serve as a thought leader and collaborate as a member of the talent acquisition team
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the ATS and provide regular updates to the recruiting and hiring teams
You have:
- Successful sourcing experience in a high-growth environment for positions at all levels
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
- Experience identifying, developing, and maintaining a vast network of passive candidates
- Experience with Microsoft Office, ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms to build pipelines
- Strong attention-to-detail and accuracy

- Proven in your track record of identifying, engaging and nurturing passive, diverse candidate pipelines
- Passionate about partnering with internal business units to truly understand the business to introduce the right talent into the mix
- A talent advisor who adeptly builds strong relationships and trusted partnerships
- A creative thinker with the ability to create and recommend innovative recruiting solutions
- Extremely well-organized with the ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs
- An excellent communicator – both written and verbal
- Curious and always dialed in to the latest and creates recruiting channels, trends and methods in the industry
- Looking to be a part of a fun, fast-paced and hardworking team
