We believe the best experiences come from working together, celebrating differences, and helping each of our team members shine.We are looking for a part-time, contract Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.

This is a 4 month, 20 hours per week contract onsite at our Bellevue office. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO


  • Greet employees, vendors, job candidates, and visitors.
  • First point of contact for studio and onsite employee inquiries.
  • Maintain common areas, including reception, conference rooms, and break rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Manage setup and breakdown for the daily lunch program, snacks, and beverages.
  • Communicate building needs, such as temperature, maintenance, and parking, to property management.
  • Assist the Office Manager with event planning, office tours, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records and files in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with reconfiguring office furniture to meet team needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1 year of related experience is preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with the public
  • Approachable and open to conversations on any topic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communication and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace.
  • Collaborative and works well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong follow-through on tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.

This contract position compensation is an hourly rate plus any overtime if applicable. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint, allowing for growth potential within the role.This role is eligible for benefits through a third party employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible and dependent care spending accounts.Hourly Pay Range$20—$25 USD
