Field Service Engineer


General Purpose


:


*The position is for proper and efficient operations of Technical Service Division.*Active on field service/design/development to promote waterjet technology mainly aerospace and automotive industry.*Enhance the activities of technical service as well as ales/aftermarket to support as a member of this team, Flow Japan.*Closer communication with customers for further opportunities of development and sales.*Coordination with other internal functions to establish ideal team work as Flow Japan.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


*Field Service Engineer


Installation of systems, maintenances, trouble shootings, operation/maintenance trainings and other related matters.

*Application Engineer


Design/development and other related matters. (major customers are in aerospace and automotive industry)

*Process management


 Process managements for all on-going installation/maintenance/trouble shooting etc. and related paperwork. Including communication with customers, internal report, summary etc. to share information among team members.

*Support and back-up for sales/aftermarket


Internal/external communication to share current/potential business opportunities/development of our products etc..

*Communication with customers


 Contact with customers if our machineries works well, any other requirement for future, etc. Feedback these information to team members including global engineering members for further development.Based on "O.J.T.", learning these duties and responsibilities step by step.The position can be the hub of our business as facing customers direct to know real/latest situation for sales/improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications


  • Good capability of internal/external communication
  • Work experiences in similar industries with enough ability (skill and use of necessary software).
  • Capability to grab whole picture of the businesses field
  • Ability to work along with other team members positively and bring things to the right end.
  • Good computer skills in MS Office Software and standard office equipment
  • Ability of communication in English

Preferred Qualifications


  • Mild character with mental toughness
  • Full of curiosity for human being, materials, machineries etc.

Supervisory Responsibility:


None.

Education and/or Training:


  • Bachelor of University regardless its department, or equivalent literary ability
