Account Manager, South East France
The role of the Account Manager is to promote the range of cardiac products in healthcare facilities to specialist doctors and/or operating theatre nurses, pharmacists and buyers, using their interpersonal skills and technical knowledge. The Account Manager will be training customers in the specific techniques of our products.
Candidates must reside in the South East of France.
Essential Functions:
The Account Manager must therefore
- Develop the sales and margins defined in the annual objectives
- Negotiate with various stakeholders (specifiers, buyers)
- Monitor deals (offers - quotations - promotional budgets)
- Organise and take part in events (conferences)
- Train customers in the company's products and installation techniques
- Organise and carrying out administrative tasks:
- Planning (organising rounds)
- Expense reports
- Visit reports
- Responding to studies requested by management
- Participate in sales meetings
- Monitor customer complaints
- Develop own scientific knowledge (keep abreast of scientific developments through publications, technical documents, etc.)
- Work as part of a team and develop a matrix approach
- Act as an intermediary between the field and local and/or international marketing teams
- Comply with the company's internal procedures and memos
- Act in accordance with Compliance rules

Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years‘ scientific or commercial degree and/or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of operating theatres
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital or healthcare sector, ideally in medical equipment and/or implantable devices.
