About the Role

As Security Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering a collaborative environment where adherence to industry best practices is paramount.With a deep understanding of compliance requirements and security protocols, your primary focus will be safeguarding our business from security and compliance risks while empowering us to innovate and grow with confidence.You will develop and implement robust security compliance programs, partnering with both internal and external teams to conduct thorough assessments and audits.

Your guidance will be crucial in ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems, networks, and data.

Key responsibilities:


  • Lead with Influence: Shape and drive our security compliance strategies, directly impacting the company's overall security posture.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams, influencing security decisions at every stage of development.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Engage with the latest security regulations and trends, ensuring our organization remains a leader in compliance.
  • Make a Tangible Impact: Play a key role in high-stakes audits and assessments, ensuring our security practices are second to none.
  • Strategize for the Future: Contribute to long-term security strategies, with the potential to develop innovative solutions and intellectual property.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Gain exposure to a wide range of security challenges and work with top-tier professionals across the business.

Skills and experience required: 


  • Proven success in developing and implementing security compliance strategies that meet rigorous regulatory and industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of security risk management, with a strong track record of effectively assessing and mitigating compliance risks.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating and managing security compliance audits, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements and fostering strong relationships with auditors.
  • Strong project management skills, with a talent for prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering impactful results on schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to foresee potential issues arising from major processes or decisions and proactively create solutions to address them.
  • Analytical problem solving skills, capability to identify compliance gaps and recommending effective, practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
  • Highly desirable certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CISM that underscore your expertise in security compliance.
