What are we looking for?
Eyelit Technologies is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive to primarily focus on growing our Optessa line of Advanced Planning, Scheduling and Optimization solutions. This role will also have the opportunity to represent our differentiated value proposition that combines our Optessa APS products with our Manufacturing Operations Management / Manufacturing Execution System products, Eyelit and MESTEC. This is an enterprise software hunter sales role, with focus on generating, managing and closing deals at large enterprise accounts.
This is an impactful, high-visibility position as it is responsible for delivering profitable top-line growth for our rapidly growing manufacturing software portfolio.
What will you be doing?
Manage and close complex enterprise sales opportunities within our target markets that include automotive, aerospace & defense, electronics, and other complex manufacturing and assembly operations.
Develop an understanding of the Eyelit Technologies products and services and how our solution addresses the business needs within manufacturing industries
Become a proficient presenter of Eyelit solutions and comfortably lead customer presentations via the web and in person
Develop clear and powerful articulations of the value of each solution, positive points of differentiation from traditional and alternative solutions, and ways of overcoming customer objections
Become a trusted advisor who can point to Eyelit solutions when appropriate; be an expert in identifying and solving the challenges our prospective customers face
Responsible for outbound lead generation activities to both active customers and prospects (Cold Calling, Warm Leads, Email Marketing and other methodology)
Lead or participate in other assigned projects
Help drive improvements on the department’s Measurable Objectives
What you bring :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields from an accredited college or university; will consider experience in lieu of degree
A minimum of 7 years as an Account Executive selling enterprise planning, scheduling, optimization and manufacturing execution solutions
Demonstrated skillset in value-based selling and demand generation processes
Demonstrated and verifiable success in quota achievement above $1MM in annual recurring revenue
Considerable industry knowledge with existing relationships
Ability to sell across all Eyelit, MESTEC and Optessa MES and APS product lines
Prior experience in a quota driven sales environment with proven success selling to multiple stakeholders including C-suite executives
CRM (Salesforce preferred) experience, and proven experience in CRM hygiene
Ability to assess market trends to proactively alter sales plans and strategies
