Together, we prioritize a strong work ethic while maintaining a positive, exciting environment where people are passionate about what they do.Who We Are Looking For:As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be pivotal in developing the visual identity of our product innovations, promotions, campaigns, and brand materials across all channels. This role demands a dynamic, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with all marketing channels—including CRM, growth, web, and social media—to integrate and strategize the implementation of all creative needs.

This position requires a hands-on approach to graphic design and digital execution, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and driving forward our business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Executing digital marketing materials including but not limited to web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Experience with print asset creation and production is highly encouraged.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that meet business objectives.
  • Digest creative briefs and output designs that are in-line with art direction and maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools that will keep our brands at the forefront of design in the beauty industry.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

What Will Make You Stand Out:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience focused on digital creative
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro) and familiar with web design tools such as Sketch and Figma
  • A diverse senior designer with an expert understanding of digital design for multi-media platforms, as well as mid-level experience in traditional print design and production 
  • Expert knowledge in design principles including, but not exclusive to, visual hierarchy, color theory, negative space, typography, balance and alignment
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive presentations when needed
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills and creative variety
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and works well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Self-motivated and independent designer with the ability to hone in on project objectives and take proactive steps to execute them
  • Entrepreneurial and optimistic spirit with the ability to provide meaningful feedback and maintain flexibility while receiving feedback

This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
