The Opportunity
If you are an experienced PM who excels at understanding users inside and out, turning complexity into concrete projects, prioritizing what matters, and shipping really good products over and over, this is a great gig, with great people and you can make a significant impact.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Results: Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the business metrics associated with the projects you lead.
- Navigate Complexity: You'll tackle the ambiguity head-on, turning a myriad of unknowns into refined, viable solutions.
- Engage with Customers: Engage directly with users to gain deep insights, translating conversations into concrete product requirements.
- Prioritize and Strategize: Craft and evolve a product roadmap that smartly allocates limited resources to maximize impact.
- Full-Cycle Product Ownership: Guide features from conception to release, incorporating user feedback to continuously enhance functionality.
- Communicate and Collaborate: Act as the linchpin within the product team and liaise effectively with sales, marketing, and support to ensure alignment and clarity on the product’s trajectory.

- Experienced: You’ve thrived as a Product Manager and you’re eager to bring your seasoned skills to the table.
- Analytical and Articulate: Quick information synthesis and stellar communication are second nature to you.
- Efficient and Balanced: You champion a work style that’s about working intelligently and with a north star of outcomes, rather than effort.
- Entrepreneurial: You work well with ambiguity and find ways to resolve problems and capture opportunities with speed.

About You:
- Startup Experience: Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup.
- Efficient Work Ethic: A belief in smart work over long hours.
- Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the CTO.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $100,000.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.
- Remote Work: Primarily remote with required overlap with Mountain Time Zone.
- Travel: Occasional travel for team meetups and customer visits.
