About the Role:
CRM & Automation Manager will manage our customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be enthusiastic about data analysis and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing efforts. Working alongside the Sales teams, the CRM & Automation Manager will initially manage and improve our CRM communications, user flows, segmentations, and client data centralization.
As the CRM & Automation Manager, you will:
- Configure, deploy, and customize HubSpot to meet our specific business needs
- Ensure data integrity by implementing the best data management and deduplication practices.
- Mapping of the customer life cycle, segmentation, and personas for optimal communication
- Planning a nurturing campaign framework to support the customer lifecycle.
- Manage the customer retention strategy and the implementation
- Integrate HubSpot with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment.
- Design and improvement of the ongoing use of the marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with the tech team to perform the required marketing integrations.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
- Continuously analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement data management best practices.
- Ensure the accuracy of client data in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to perform the user flow best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience with HubSpot or other CRM knowledge preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Become the subject matter expert on HubSpot and our CRM execution.
- Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML programming and editors
