About the role:


The Director of Marketing Operations will work with and lead the Marketing Team overseeing operations and developing operation programs, policies and processes. Key partners in this work include the following departments: Sales, Client Services, Strategic Partnerships and Product Development.  

  • Oversees recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identifies opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
  • Develops strategies meant to assist the department in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans and campaigns meant to promote the organization or its products and services. 
  • Understands industry and competitive trends and identifies and targets specific new or underserved markets. 
  • Oversees the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and organizes promotions. 
  • Establishes metrics defining campaign performance; modifies campaigns based on ROI analysis.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
  • Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develops sales enablement strategy for go-to-market team.

This role is based in our Lititz, PA HQ office. 

You have:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance or similar concentrations
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in marketing
  • A minimum of five years of team management experience required 
  • Expertise in Account Based Marketing  
  • Proven leadership of fast moving, agile tech marketing team, supporting enterprise sales organizations is required 
  • Ability to translate business needs & strategies into team projects/tasks/timelines
  • Channel marketing (web, email, SMS) coordination
  • Marketing measurement & attribution
  • Salesforce experience (Campaigns / Reporting / Attribution)
  • Oversight of creative team – ability to provide feedback and guidance to creative team to ensure production of on-brand creative
