Senior HR Business Partner


who will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to help fulfill the business objectives through human capital and people leadership.  In this role, you will be responsible for people-centric initiatives such as performance management, workforce architecture, employee relations, employee programs, recognition, etc. with a primary focus on serving Intelligent Medical Object’s specific business groups.To be successful in this role, you will bring a track record of HR experience within dynamic environments, enthusiasm for the employee experience, and a knack for cultivating meaningful, genuine conversations with our people.

What You'll Do:


  • Act as an HR advisor to specific business functions, proactively partner with and advise leadership on people-related strategy and decisions including organizational design, planning, compensation, talent development, performance, etc.   
  • Anticipate business needs and take the initiative to drive solutions in effective, value-added ways  
  • Provide expertise in the development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts   
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to design, communicate and implement core HR systems and initiatives, from change management to goal-setting to engagement surveys, taking lead ownership for these processes related to assigned client teams    
  • Assess leadership and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.   
  • Become a champion of our values and steward of our culture, striving to make IMO a great environment for people to do their best work  
  • Frequently engage with employees to build a positive and transparent environment reflective of the company's vision for employee experience.  
  • Analyze and provide guidance on the current organizational state and future requirements. Proactively identify and recommend areas of improvement; translates workforce data into meaningful plans for leadership to act upon. 
  • Lead functional preparation for annual talent review and succession planning sessions as well as salary, bonus, and commission planning processes with management  
  • Create and implement retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition, particularly in business unit critical roles and specialty skill sets  
  • Partner with VP, People to successfully lead organizational change initiatives  
  • Lead or co-lead various HR projects as needed 

What You'll Need:


  • 6+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably within a tech environment 
  • Demonstrated experience as an HRBP supporting business leaders at a rapidly growing organization  
  • Strategic and empathetic thinker, quick to recognize and appropriately handle business challenges   
  • Perceptive and thoughtful in identifying issues and developing appropriate solutions  
  • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate 
  • Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills along with project management and program development skills
