Energage is seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead our rapidly expanding Employment Branding product line. This is your chance to innovate, disrupt, and shape the future of how companies attract top talent. As a Product Manager, your mission is to drive the strategic vision of our product area and ensure engineering, user experience, and the rest of the business are working towards the same goal. You're not a designer, but you should know the difference between great design and mediocre design. You're not an engineer, but you should understand technical tradeoffs. Above all, you must be an excellent communicator. 
Energage is a hybrid workplace with an office in Exton, PA. This role is available for remote work for someone living in Eastern or Central time. This is a list of excluded Energage locations for all roles:

  • Craft and execute a bold, long-term vision for our Employment Branding solutions
  • Pioneer cutting-edge features that redefine how companies showcase their unique culture and values
  • Be the go-to expert in Employment Branding solutions and technologies, always one step ahead of market trends and competitor moves
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, and marketers to bring your vision to life
  • Lead agile development processes, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement
  • Dive deep into customer needs, conducting discovery sessions and translating feedback into high-value features

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of driving game-changing solutions
  • HR Tech/Saas Enthusiast: Familiarity with the rapid evolution of HR Technology or SaaS environments (desirable, yet not essential)
  • Marketing-savvy: While not mandatory, a background in marketing and branding is highly valued. Your ability to draw parallels between Employment Branding and traditional marketing strategies will be a significant asset
  • Strong Communicator: Knack for building and conveying a powerful product vision that motivates internal teams and captivates potential customers

  • Compensation for this role is a salary between $140,000-$180,000 based on experience relevant to the role.
