The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part-time Returns and Repackaging Assistant to join our warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a keen eye for quality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repackage returned items according to company standards and specifications
- Assist with various work orders as assigned by the Returns and Reprocessing Lead
- Conduct quality checks on repackaged items and work order outputs
- Support inventory management tasks, including scanning returned items back into inventory (based on proficiency level)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Daily Tasks
- Repackage returned products, ensuring they are in sellable condition
- Apply SKU stickers to products
- Package graphic tees
- Quality check (QC) bulk items
- Use the small heat press for label application
- Package jewelry items
- Scan returned items into inventory (depending on skill level)
- Maintain accuracy in all assigned tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse or retail environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good manual dexterity for handling various products and packaging materials
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
