Job Summary:
TradeCentric is seeking an all-star Multi-Channel Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. The Multi-Channel Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs that develop and nurture leads across both digital and human-touch channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with both internal/external marketing resources and other cross-functional teams - including Sales, BDRs, partner management - this role plans, designs, creates, manages, executes and optimizes campaigns to generate pipeline, focusing on results metrics to improve performance, optimize lead generation and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate has the ability to impact performance across the entire marketing/sales funnel and has demonstrated experience working effectively with marketing automation (Hubspot), customer relationship management (Salesforce), website and sales enablement tools (Gong, Salesloft). A close alignment with sales and BDR teams is essential.
Essential Functions:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand and lead generation campaigns to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including drafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email cadences and campaigns, supporting virtual and in-person events and measuring results
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys
- Work with marketers and sales to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
- Align with BDRs on results of top of funnel campaigns, gather feedback, and generate ideas for iterating campaigns
- Work closely with the sales team to support campaign outreach communications, as well as marketing/sales follow through
- Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buying journey
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and achievement toward goal to key stakeholders
- Document processes in Airtable for transparency and collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with SaaS / eCommerce industry experience preferred
- Experience building and executing cross-functional campaigns with both digital and human components
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey including funnel metrics, lead scoring, personas, audience development, performance metrics and reporting
- Experience working well in collaborative and iterative processes with sales and BDR teams
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to use actionable data insights that inform strategy and optimization
- Hands-on experience with B2B sales and marketing platforms including Hubspot Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Wordpress, Gong and Salesloft
- Experience with responsive, HTML email design and implementation, including Google and MSFT’s most recent restrictions on bulk email
- Experience with online advertising (Google AdWords, remarketing, paid social, etc) and in-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Strong team player who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and third parties
