Do you thrive being an integral part of a team that designs and delivers amazing experiences?  Do you enjoy ensuring your teammates are set up for success?As a Manager of Vehicle Readiness with Aardvark Studios, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are safe, properly equipped, cleaned up and ready for tour launch! You’ll collaborate with our internal Program Management Teams on exciting specialty vehicle builds & mobile tours.  You’ll also support our fleet team in the proactive management and maintenance of our custom vehicle fleet.

QUALIFICATIONS


What makes you the ideal candidate:


  • 3+ years working ON a fleet - not just on paperwork, but sleeves rolled up! (fabrication, management or a combination)
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBullets

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure specialty vehicles are production and road ready before handing over to Vehicle fabrication & production teams
  • Perform final fit & finish of vehicles prior to tour departure
  • Audit vehicle mechanics, paperwork and DOT readiness prior to vehicle departure 
  • Document vehicle condition in Fleet management software (pictures, vehicles, pre-trip) prior to departure and upon tour shutdown
  • Spearhead vehicle decommissioning process 
  • Identify opportunities to improve process, quality and outcomes
  • Support Fleet Team as needed

Compensation:


$65k - 75k, commensurate with experience
