Detailed Description
The Netsync Network Staging Specialist is an integral part of the Netsync delivery process. This role is a combination of project coordinator and technical team member. This role helps drive delivery efficiency by providing pre-deployment device configuration and inventory. Providing sound communication and driving deadlines is a key part to this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have Strong Excel Skills
- Understanding of the Cisco product family
- Ability to understand Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Must be an effective communicator
- Perform Cisco IOS Upgrades
- Perform Cisco hardware configuration
Additional Duties:
- Frequent use of hand and power tools
- Conduct and participate in meetings (external and internal)
- Work through warranty process for hardware
Skills and Experience:
- Previous technical experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
Must have a HS diploma, with clean driving record and ability to plass rigorous background checks
