We are seeking a detail oriented, self-starter Product Marketing Specialist to join our talented, high-performing marketing team. As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will be a trusted thought partner working closely on jointly defining the outbound product strategy and go-to-market for Protenus. This position reports to the CMO and is responsible for working closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and other business functions to make sure we’re positioning our products in the healthcare market for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities


  • Lead product launch and go-to-market activities within the company’s target market, identifying marketing campaigns and sales strategies and tactics to grow Protenus business.  (Coordinates with Product, Sales and CX)
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, CX and the broader Marketing team.
  • Create clear, differentiated messaging and collateral for products, solutions and packages for the purpose of brand awareness, pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Create content for use in short videos, blog posts, email and social media that highlight product features and alignment with industry drivers. 
  • Gain a clear understanding of the target accounts in the healthcare / hospital target markets, competing products and industry challenges, as well as the personas involved and how to speak to them with a level of expertise and relevance that create engagement.
  • Identify the trending topics within the healthcare patient privacy, drug diversion, healthcare analytics AI industry and position Protenus as relevant, demonstrating our insights and expertise. 
  • Develop content on trending  topics for sales enablement and use in sales communications  
  • Assist the BDRs and Sales VPs by providing expertise in specific sales situations, whether it be the creation of discovery questions, value assessments, playbooks or objection handling.
  • Working with Chief Marketing Officer, conduct market research and analysis to improve Protenus understanding of the market, competitors, and key trends.
  • Develop collateral pieces including one-sheets, white papers, infographics, videos, case studies, use cases and presentations that enable pipeline growth.
  • Support Sales on RFP coordination, responses and packaging to ensure accuracy of content and brand 
  • Support pipeline growth strategies, both through direct and partner channels. 
  • Support content needs specific to PANDAS user events (working with Product to prepare presentations)

Requirements


  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally from a SaaS or healthcare technology company scaling to a global enterprise.
  • The ideal candidate has worked in the healthcare or medical AI industry and is well versed in the industry.
  • Experience in positioning B2B products and solutions for a growth market, appealing to technical users.
  • Experience with SAFe Agile processes desired but not required.
  • Experience with Challenger Sales model desired but not required.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, as well as Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Prior success in working with and communicating at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in different mediums to explain Protenus positioning and value (long form content, visualizations, videos, etc.)
  • Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and highly dynamic market.
  • Team player, focused on collaboration and active participation
  • Travel up to 25%
