- Develop and Maintain Automation Test Suites: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive automation test suites using Playwright and .NET to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new features and define the scope of automation testing.
- Create and Execute Test Cases: Write, execute, and maintain test cases in Gherkin format, ensuring alignment with BDD practices.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster delivery cycles.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior QA engineers.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects and issues found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Document test cases, test results, and quality metrics; provide regular reports on testing progress and quality status.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on building and maintaining test suites.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Playwright and .NET framework.
- Proven expertise in BDD practices and experience writing Gherkin scenarios.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and QA methodologies.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
