www.connectrn.com.We are looking to hire a Payroll Specialistto ensure accurate processing and recording of the connectRN’s daily payments and weekly pay. The Payroll Specialist will also deliver support to the clinician community by answering all payroll-related questions, and ensuring all clinicians receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.
Note:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. To better serve the daily payroll needs of our nurses and aides, the Payroll Specialist’s schedule will be from
Saturday through Wednesday
.
This role will be located in our headquarters office in Waltham, MA with hybrid work permitted by connectRN’s flexible work location policies.
You will…
- Assist with processing daily payments to deliver a world-class pay experience to 3000+ clinicians daily
- Process weekly pay for HQ employees
- Answer clinician questions regarding pay, garnishments, taxes etc. promptly
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in status, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information
- Assisting with auditing payroll
- Assist with special payroll projects and process improvements as needed
- Accountable for downloading and storing ADP reports, as well as post-report files, for auditing purposes, covering both internal and external employees
- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by the Payroll Manager
You have…
- Basic payroll knowledge and strong desire to learn
- Experience using Excel and other reporting tools
- A strong attention to detail and superior organization and time management abilities
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service including strong verbal and written communication skills
- A belief in our mission to build a better work-life for nursing professionals
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred
