How would you go enabling growth and improvements for the partner experience in an impactful, ever-changing environment? Could we be for you?The Partner Enablement Manager will empower our Referral and Reseller partners to succeed by providing them with the essential training, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell, implement, and support our software solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Phocas partner alliance sales managers, partner & field marketing, and customer teams to increase partner-sourced sales opportunities, and improve customer outcomes.By developing and executing comprehensive enablement programs and fostering strong relationships, your role will ensure our partners are well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to their customers, driving mutual growth and success.

This role is essential for ensuring partner success, strengthening partner relationships, and ultimately driving the growth of our partner ecosystem and overall business..

Here’s how you’ll do that


  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to design a comprehensive and impactful onboarding plans for Activation; Training; Product Enablement and Sales.

  • Create a scalable central resource for GTM motions for partners to reference.

  • Capture feedback and iterate on future workflows for incremental efficiency on partner enablement.
  • Curate and coordinate ongoing partner workshop sessions for best practice, product updates and market trends.

  • Provide regular reports on program performance and partner engagement metrics.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

This is what you’ll need to do it


  • Experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS or cloud based organization.

  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and channel management.
  • Experience in GTM Partner Enablement with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training and enablement programs
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.

  • You have a growth mindset, with proven project management and prioritization skills

Compensation for the position depends on experience. A fully qualified candidate can expect a total comp between $130,000 and $150,000.
