About the position
The Regulatory Administrator will play a key role in ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements. This position involves interfacing with customers, tracking project progress, and managing various quality and sustainability questionnaires. The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, a technical college degree, and a strong understanding of chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer regulatory inquiries and communications.
- Track and manage regulatory projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.
- Complete and respond to quality and sustainability questionnaires from customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of regulatory submissions and correspondence.
- Track samples and handle miscellaneous duties related to commercial follow-up.
- Prepare reports and presentations on regulatory compliance status and project progress.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts to the relevant teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of regulatory policies and procedures.
- Provide support for audits and inspections as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of chemical regulatory requirements and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role within the chemical industry is desirable.
