Office Manager
Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will assist Sage Ventures in handling general office tasks and administrative duties. This is an important, people-facing position, that will be responsible for the first impression of all who walk through our doors. Successful candidates will wear many hats and be part of several projects throughout the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be the introductory person in the office lobby, greeting and assisting people at the front door.
- Sign for packages and mail, sorting and delivering to the appropriate department.
- Act as an administrative assistant to the corporate team, preparing reports as needed.
- Maintain vendors related to corporate operations such as IT support, phones, and apparel.
- Monitor corporate spend of consumables.
- Direct onboarding of all new Sage employees.
- Perform clerical and data entry tasks, assisting with presentation preparation as needed.
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned.
Successful Candidates must have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager
- Must have strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of both working within a team environment and independently.
