Description
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will play a pivotal role in facilitating the implementation of a new engineering document management system for an international client, over a multi-year program. With a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in OCM, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project-level change management for a complex organizational structure, particularly within the context of enterprise-wide technology deployments. They will be responsible for effective communication of change to stakeholders, assessing stakeholder impact and readiness, and preparing comprehensive training plans.
Role Responsibilities:
OCM Communication:
Develop and deliver tailored messaging to specific stakeholder groups to ensure clarity and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Impact and Readiness:
Conduct assessments and measure both impact and readiness, conduct surveys and touchpoints to evaluate stakeholder readiness and adapt strategies accordingly.
Training Preparation and Delivery:
Use OCM strategies to execute training plans, structure and coordinate training curriculum, including logistics and materials. Develop a range of training resources such as communications, SharePoint sites, videos, quick reference guides (QRG), and live online sessions.
Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation of training procedures and communication plans. Ensure all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Change Champion Network:
Assist in building and managing a network of change champions to facilitate smoother transitions, generate change champion communication materials and gather feedback.
Issue Identification and Resolution:
Independently identify potential issues, raise them with appropriate stakeholders, and propose solutions or escalate as necessary.
Project Support:
Provide ongoing support for the project team, including business analysis, UAT scripts, training video development, and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of OCM Experience: Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, with a strong focus on project-level OCM in large-scale technology deployments.
- Document Management Systems: Solid understanding of engineering document management systems and related technologies.
- Technology Experience: Experience with Office 365, and other relevant tools. Exposure working with Hexagon SDx software is valuable.
- Training Development: Proven ability to develop diverse training materials, including videos, QRG, PowerPoint presentations, and live online surveys.
- Certifications: PROSCI certification is advantageous. CBAP certification is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in asset information management and document control, is highly desirable.
- Business Analysis Skills: Strong skills in business analysis, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expected to operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and ensuring effective organizational change management throughout the project.
- Occasional travel may be required for client workshops.
