remote FP&A (Financial Planning Analysis) Analyst!
As the FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in our financial planning and analysis efforts. Your responsibilities include assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business performance. You will help ensure the organization's financial health and support its growth objectives. Additionally, you will prepare detailed financial reports, develop and maintain financial models, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.The pay range for this full-time role is
$95K - $100K annually.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough variance analysis to drive accountability and value-creating actions, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of business processes and drivers.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial updates.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute financial forecasting models for DYOPATH, LLC, various departments, and customer projects.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and enhance FP&A, Accounting, and Operations processes for increased standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Provide analytical support for business initiatives and strategic decisions, including business development and M&A opportunities.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Prepare and present periodic reports and analyses for statutory and management purposes.
- Conduct in-depth and ad hoc financial analyses as required.
What skills and certifications will you be bringing to the position?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent relevant field of study.
- Four (4) + years of progressively responsible FP&A responsibilities.
- Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services environment is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL, Oracle, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Paylocity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and organized individual.
- Able to shift activities, priorities and approach based on changing demands.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Detail oriented and organized Microsoft Excel proficiency.
