We are waiting for you to bring your creativity, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit to DYOPATH!We are hiring a hybrid Field Service Tech in St. Louis, MO! Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support while providing technical support by phone, email, and onsite for our client.

What is the location, shift, and pay of the Field Service Tech?


  • Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote; onsite in St. Louis, zip code 63136
  • Travel Requirement - 25% travel to other client sites
  • Pay: $30/h - $31/h
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Manage the day-to-day functions of using technology including, but not limited to, network, e-mail, and various software systems
  • Support of Macintosh (macOS and macOS server) and Windows (Desktop/Server) operating systems, iOS devices (iPads, iPods), Google Console, including knowledge of VMware
  • Knowledge and Support of Workgroup Manager, Open Directory, Active Directory, and Google Console
  • Installation of all new desktop computers, servers, and computer-related equipment (printers and other peripherals)
  • Repair and replace non-functioning computer equipment
  • Create, maintain, and update all required computer images
  • Maintain and upgrade networking equipment as required
  • Maintaining software license compliance records
  • Maintain appropriate physical security and control of all computer assets
  • Maintain inventory records of all equipment (purchases, placements, repairs, and final dispositions)
  • Performing other duties as assigned

What skills and certifications will you be bringing to the position?


  • Ability to deploy software using Network/Server/MDM based software installation
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively with employees and clients
  • Ability to carry out instructions provided in either written, diagram, or oral form
  • Work involves walking, talking, hearing, using hands to handle, feel, or operate objects or controls, and reaching with hands and arms
  • Vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field
  • Minimum two years experience in computer hardware and software installation and maintenance desired
