The problem is so complex that a person has to read it, type it up, and manually enter your information. Role Overview:
As a Recruiting Lead at Tennr, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by leading the charge in acquiring top talent across all departments. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and building a world-class team that will drive Tennr’s growth and success. You will also serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that our hiring practices align with our company culture and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Tennr’s growth objectives and ensures a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Build and Lead a Recruitment Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure consistent and effective hiring practices across the organization.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment process.
•
Partner with Leadership:
Work closely with the executive team and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
•
Employer Branding:
Enhance Tennr’s employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

Data-Driven Recruiting:
Utilize data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics, identify trends, and optimize the recruitment process.

Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive work environment.

Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.•
Technical Recruiting Experience:
A solid understanding of the technical recruiting landscape and how to best find, attract and acquire technical talent.

Proven Success:
A track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and levels, including senior and executive positions.
•
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a recruitment team.

Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.

Strategic Mindset:
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on long-term talent acquisition goals.

Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Ashby is a plus), HR software (Rippling is a plus), and recruitment tools.
