Your expertise will ensure the platform's high reliability and performance, impacting millions by facilitating better public health management.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes across the project.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test automation, performance testing, and security checks.
- Develop and support automated testing frameworks using tools like JUnit, Jest, Playwright, and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to enhance the development practices and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product requirements and architecture to effectively oversee quality validation.
- Utilize emerging technologies and best practices in testing and DevOps to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage defect identification and resolution processes, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Communicate technical challenges and progress to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ensure that all aspects of product quality meet compliance standards for accessibility, security, and usability.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on test automation and quality assurance.
- Extensive experience with Java and JavaScript testing environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex projects.
- U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, or EAD required.
- Must be able to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which they are hired (e.g., must reside in the U.S.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in setting up QA processes in Agile & DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Experience with public sector projects, particularly in healthcare or government settings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
