About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join our Product Management Group and support various initiatives aimed at enhancing our product portfolio's performance and market competitiveness. Product Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with our product managers, sales team, chemist, and executives to gain valuable experience to develop their career trajectory in the specialty chemicals industry.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including new product launches, product enhancements, and phase-out strategies.
  • Support product managers in developing pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral to maximize product performance and market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align product strategies with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas, solutions, and innovative approaches to product challenges and opportunities.
  • Compile and analyze data related to product sales, market share, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, trends, and actionable insights for management review and decision-making.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the specialty chemicals sector.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry reports to provide insights and recommendations for product development and positioning strategies.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools/software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in product management, marketing, or the specialty chemicals industry through coursework, projects, or previous internships is preferred.
