We’re looking for a VP of Enterprise Solutions to oversee the expansion of all industry verticals. Reporting to the CEO, this executive leader will be owning strategy and execution across our Enterprise Solutions teams, driving value for enterprises via Axion’s platform, and growing the customer base & revenue across industry verticals. The VP of Enterprise Solutions will also partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market, developing vertical-specific playbooks, owning a P&L and providing vertical-specific feedback to the Product team.
This person will lead the team driving our successful land and expand strategy across industry vertical, serving as the highest point of escalation to ensure success within their customer portfolio.
What you'll do:
Own the P&L and long term strategy for vertical expansion and account growth across all industry verticals
Serve as highest point of escalation for the team owning executive (C-, VP-level) relationships with engineering leaders; oversee periodic executive readouts
Inform the high-level roadmap of Axion deployment for our key enterprise customers
Lead and hire a team who execute day-to-day customer operations. This includes ensuring customer data is ready for our platform, training new users, identifying insights, escalating and troubleshooting issues, creating value stories, and working with customers.
Ensure product deployments run on schedule, where we enable customers to understand their data and problems which can be solved using the platform
Work closely with senior executive leadership at customers to share insights and value stories
Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and objectives, and provide guidance on best practices for integrating our products into their systems
Collaborate with our sales and product development teams to identify and implement product improvements and new features based on customer feedback
Collaborate with product managers analyzing customer usage and behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential issues
Work closely with Axion executive leadership to navigate our customers’ enterprises to secure budget for customer expansions and secure contracts
Eventually, grow your account base within your specific vertical, oversee a P&L associated with this vertical, and partner with marketing to create case studies & conferences for this vertical
Who you are:
2-5+ years as an executive leader of customer-facing project teams, working closely with high level executives
3+ years as a senior leader, managing director level reports and multiple teams
A proven team builder with a high bar and a history of attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds
Leverages problem solving, creativity and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive impact
Enjoys deriving insights from data analysis, AI models and driving impact from them
Thrives in working in environments where priorities quickly shift and evolve
Nice to have: Experience in the AI domain, early-stage startups, or manufacturing verticals
