We’re looking for an Engagement Director to own executive relationships and lead deployments, managing internal teams and customer relationships. This includes driving executive-level priorities and roadmaps, orchestrating bringing the best of Axion employees to our enterprise deployments (product, DS, eng), overseeing the onboarding plan & ensuring new users identify insights & value from the platform, and the like.
What you'll do
Lead the deployment of our AI platform at multiple customers simultaneously
Drive business impact at our customers via insights identified by our users and actions performed by their colleagues
Articulate the value of our platform to executive stakeholders at our customers at enterprise readouts
Prepare for and lead executive readouts, while building stakeholder alignment across different business units and customer priorities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance on technical and operational issues
Ensure that the technical team resolves any troubleshooting issues
Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of our products
Collaborate with our sales and product development teams to identify and implement product improvements and new features based on customer feedback
Work with the product team to monitor and analyze customer user data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential issues
Identify new opportunities to create value for customers (new use cases, etc.)
Who you are
2-5+ years as a client/customer-facing project lead, managing teams and working directly with senior stakeholders
Enjoys being a lead - from a day-to-day perspective, you’ll work in small teams with executive support and own end-to-end execution of high impact AI initiatives
Has problem solving, creativity and technical skills to help organizations use their data to drive impact in the world
Enjoys deriving insights from data analysis, AI models and driving impact from them
Values working in an environment where priorities quickly shift and evolve
Nice to have: Experience with or exposure to AI, early-stage Enterprise SaaS startups, manufacturing
