For more information, visit www.bynder.com.We are looking for a Technical Writer to collaborate with the engineering, product, and customer support teams to produce internal and end-user-based documentation for Bynder products and services.As a Technical Writer, you are responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with the teams and other stakeholders to gather information, understand requirements, and translate complex technical concepts into easy and accessible, understandable content.Key responsibilities
- Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with the teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in all documentation produced.
- Continuously update and improve documentation based on feedback, product updates, and technological advancements
Qualifications
- Exceptional technical writing skills with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or a related field
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation.
- Hands-on experience with API documentation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with coding, software development, and content management systems.
- Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.
