Business Insider is hiring a Revenue Systems, Salesforce to join our Advertising Team to maximize


ROI through effective utilization of our revenue systems and sales enablement tools. This role combines technical proficiency and strategic insight with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Role & Team:


As the Revenue Systems, Salesforce, you will lead and own the implementation of key systems initiatives. This includes ensuring our systems are properly integrated, maintaining and improving their health, and driving data quality to support high revenue growth. In addition, you will serve as our Salesforce Administrator and oversee other systems, such as our Order Management System. This role will also involve communicating with end users to develop best practices. Experience in configuration, automation, maintenance, administration, and integration with other systems is required for this position.This role reports directly to the Head of Business Operations and sits within the Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and develop analytical frameworks, tools, dashboards, and techniques to measure and report on key revenue and sales pipeline metrics
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across various departments for the delivery of project requirements and high-level decision-making to solve complex business issues and improve efficiency in the pre-and post-sales process
  • Implement new functionality including custom objects, page layouts, validations, process builder, flows, dashboard, reports, and custom development work
  • Oversee and ensure the creation of in-depth documentation to be used for testing, use cases, system conceptual design, and the general accessibility of knowledge
  • Ensure the health of all databases including data hygiene, role permissions, user adoption and usage status

The Ideal Candidate Has:


  • SFDC Certified and/or recent experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations
  • Experience owning sales systems and tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Order Management System (OMS) automation (ex. Boostr), and Marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, and Looker (or similar BI Tool)
  • Ability to drive simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Salary & Benefits:


  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
