What you will do:
Work with Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs) to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the data operations department.
Track data science/ML team-developed tools and ensure the implementation fits the requirement. Collect, organize, prioritize and communicate the user feedback to engineers.
Present dashboards and metrics for ongoing initiatives to stakeholders.
Establish training sessions and drive the 100% adoption of tools. Maintain and Improve the documentation.
Draft success metrics and define measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that quantify product effectiveness and impact.
Identify key opportunities in process for improvement.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
Remarkable interpersonal and communication skills, empowering you to forge meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
1+ yr of experience in program management
Outstanding knowledge of program management principles and initiatives evaluation processes.
Experience in Data science and Machine learning project management.
Excellent drafting and communication skills, both verbal and written.
