Field Marketing Manager EMEA, you are part of a team of marketing managers - all responsible for their own specific region - that collaborate with Global Campaigns, Content Marketing, Digital, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver a well-balanced Go-to-Market strategy.
- Develop and execute the regional marketing plan for your regions to create and meet MQLs, pipeline & new business targets, through lead-generation initiatives including: content syndication, email campaigns, webinars, events, content marketing, etc.
- Adapt, optimize and localize global marketing material to the Northern Europe & DACH markets
- Collaborate with key partners in the region to create co-marketing programs and joint outbound plays to bolster pipeline
- Create a strong collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure sales are equipped with relevant collateral, information and of course, leads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, specifically with a growth-oriented entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering with Sales reps that understands and supports sales drivers; MQL to SQL, pipeline growth and management, territory growth tactics, regional events, and outbound plays.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving growth through your marketing programs, campaigns & activities.
- Proficiency in either Dutch or German - both is a plus
