This crucial function is the tip of the spear for the APAC market designing programs for demand generation and collaborating with our Sales teams on best practices to convert those accounts. The B2B buyer’s journey is getting more and more sophisticated, so we need an ace to drive us to those new heights that we expect in the second half of 2024 and beyond.   You steer the ship in APAC. From physical and digital events, third party promotions, to reporting and collaborating with your sales counterparts and key partners in the region – you own it, and within your team you bring the various elements together into a best-in-class growth engine for Bynder in the region. You are a rock star marketer who is dynamic, creative, and driven to deliver extraordinary outcomes.

A self-starting field marketer with knowledge of the APAC market, and an entrepreneurial mindset that loves building pipeline and driving new business growth. You combine great interpersonal skills with strong commitment to ongoing innovation and rigorous execution. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing, you are part of a team of marketing managers - all responsible for their own specific region - that collaborate with Global Campaigns, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to deliver a well-balanced Go-to-Market strategy.

Within your remit


  • Develop and execute the regional marketing plan to meet MQL, pipeline ARR and sales targets
  • Execute overall demand strategy for your regions to create MQLs and support pipeline & new business through lead-generation initiatives including: content syndication, email campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, events, content marketing, you name it.
  • Adapt and optimize global marketing material to the APAC markets
  • Work with Marketing Operations to set priority targets and Field Marketing-specific KPIs and establish reporting standards
  • Collaborate with key partners in the region to create co-marketing programs and joint outbound plays to bolster pipeline 
  • Create a strong collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure sales are equipped with relevant collateral, information and of course, leads.

Qualifications


What you bring:


  • 5-7 years experience in demand generation marketing, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company 
  • Deep industry knowledge of cutting edge demand generation methods, specifically with a growth-oriented entrepreneurial mindset
  • A go-getter, proactive mentality - unafraid to bring new ideas to the table and present an executive summary of a project to your stakeholders 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales reps that understands and supports sales drivers; MQL to SQL, pipeline growth and management, territory growth tactics, regional events, and outbound plays. 
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving growth through your marketing programs, campaigns & activities. 

Proficiency in Japanese a plus
