Billing Associate
Must Haves:

- A technologically-savvy accounting or finance professional looking to grow in their career (Let’s grow together!)
- Have Microsoft Excel skills (You enjoy digging into data/reporting/numbers within Excel, and do it very well)
- You don’t mind working independently or collaboratively with a team
- Have 3+ years of billing/bookkeeping or related experience with an accounting/finance or related degree (at least Associates degree)
- Take initiatives, pioneer process improvements and efficiencies.
- A professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
What You’ll Do
- Billing for multiple entities and various types of customers.
- Setup of new customer accounts
- Utilize tools such as Zendesk to respond to accounting, billing, and finance requests
- Research customer inquiries, issue credits based on our guidelines on an as needed basis
- Follow up on ad hoc projects, such as updating accounts with new email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses etc…
- Assist in annual audit process as needed.
- Directing customers to the portal and sending invoices through the portal
