As a Senior Growth Hacker at Viction, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to boost the Viction Chain's adoption, focusing on key metrics, i.e daily active users (DAU), new wallets, transactions,... Your role includes attracting new users and enhancing engagement through effective marketing campaigns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies encompassing market positioning, user acquisition, retention, and brand promotion.
- Design data-driven and viral campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, improving key metrics such as social stats, DAU, and transactions,...
- Identify and leverage new growth channels and opportunities.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop comprehensive campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and key learnings.
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 trends, technologies, and best practices, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Track, analyze, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including branding, community, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Work with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Execute, and monitor campaigns, including timelines, budgets, marketing channels, and resource allocation.
- Optimize user acquisition funnels and leverage data-driven insights to meet business goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of proven track record in growth hacking, campaign strategy, planning, and management. A comprehensive understanding of Web3 business from infrastructure to markets is a big PLUS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
