Responsibilities
- Answers emails,
- Schedules and confirms appointments,
- Arrange both domestic and international
- Organizes appointments by reading and routing correspondence and managing assignments,
- Manages calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Completes requests by answering or referring inquiries,
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential,
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems mainly in SharePoint,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and
- Prepares printed material in support of key meetings
Required Qualifications
- 5-years of previous office administrative and scheduler experience
- Expert capabilities in scheduling and usage of Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook and Teams Proficiency,
- Experience with Concur (government travel system).
