Job Description: Content Specialist
Respage seeks a dynamic and creative Content Specialist in Greater Philadelphia to join our team. This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with standard business hours of 9am to 5pm EST. As a Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that resonates with our clients' audiences and strengthens their online presence. Your passion for storytelling and understanding of social media trends will be instrumental in creating engaging content that drives results.
We are looking for a self-starter who can create exceptional content and build strong relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for multiple social media platforms.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and ensure content aligns with their brand identity.
- Conduct kick-off calls with new clients to establish expectations and content strategy.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through monthly or bi-monthly check-ins to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice for each client.
- Social Media Management: Leverage your knowledge and creativity to produce visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms.
- Backup Assistance: Support the team with tasks such as review response management, CDE postings, and Instagram manual posts as needed.
- Creativity: Create visually appealing and engaging images for our social media clients using Canva or other image tools.
- Work with the team to proactively engage in conversations to enhance our social media presence for our clients using new technology trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Google suite, content management systems (CMS), and design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local to the Greater Philadelphia area for in-person team collaboration.
- Open mind to pivoting according to industry standards and needs.
