We are looking for an experienced incidentresponse operator to help us continue to shape our product and service. Your work will helpcompanies from around the world recover from cyber attacks. We want you to play a major partin raising the bar as we continue our growth. Coveware is a fully distributed company withemployees all across the world. This role is a fully remote position.WHO YOU ARE:You are passionate about ensuring clients have an amazing experience. You have the ability toabstract operational patterns, bottlenecks and conjure both process and technology solutionsthat improve customer experience and internal efficiency. You are willing to roll up your sleevesand play individual contributor when necessary, but are also keen to contribute as a strongplayer on a team.
You have experience in incident response operations. You are interested incontinuous development of our product and contributing by distilling customer experience andfeedback to ensure the right features get prioritized. You are data driven by default and youunderstand and respect proper controls, regulations and policies that guide operationalsuccess. You are a clear and articulate communicator with customers and your co-workersalike. You understand how to manage a project and communicate with stakeholders. You enjoycultivating internal relationships and are comfortable giving and receiving candid feedbackwhen it comes to performance.WHAT YOU’LL DO:You will handle incident response cases and own the customer experience from onboardingthrough case-closed. You will provide guidance to clients seeking visibility on how their caseswill progress and you will negotiate with cyber criminals. You will manage financial operationsassociated with settlements. You will interact with our commercial partners, and our partners inlaw enforcement. You will be responsible for following and improving our operationscompliance procedures. Our case operations and the efficiency of our throughput are in yourhands. You will have the opportunity to travel and speak on behalf of the company to clientsand at industryYOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Experience in cyber incident response within the private sector.
- At least 1 year of management experience

- Cyber security qualifications / certifications
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak in English and either Spanish, French, or German
