TDI is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Lead with technical expertise for a Department of Defense (DoD) client and their cybersecurity compliance efforts. In this role, you will manage a dedicated team with key responsibilities including, but not limited to policy interpretation and development, computer task order tracking and reporting, Cyber Readiness Program Support, and Cyber Compliance Reporting.This position requires an active Secret clearance, will offer a hybrid commute and is located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Review of individual command site documentation to include Cybersecurity Policies, Cybersecurity
- Support the cyber readiness program through scheduled and ad-hoc visits to command sites.
- Workforce Management and Training plans, Incident Response and Recovery plans, and Security
- Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists and scans for appropriate technology areas
- Development of new and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when needed as procedures may change according to DoD and DON policies. Generation of the documentation required to meet Risk Management Framework requirements and gain Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT Systems and Sites
- Monitoring for and performance of in-depth analysis on any new or updated Navy Computer Task Orders.
- Creation and maintenance of a Knowledge Management Database of the Cybersecurity posture for each system and site supported.
- Creation and Maintenance of a repository that contains the latest cybersecurity-related SOPs and policies to support site visits and compliance inspections.
- Maintenance and publication of cyber compliance metrics to include but not limited to endpoint security product data and computer task orders compliance
- Project management support to include verification and tracking of System Authorization Access Request forms as well as site visit requests for team personnel.

Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance with active Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, CISM)
- Experience in conducting or participating in Navy Compliance Inspections
- Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) and researching the IAVA/B/T occurrences within the following: vulnerabilities and risks associated with Windows operating systems, Linux operating systems and components and vulnerability incident reporting
- Review and provide feedback on DoD information assurance documents, orders and instructions
- Develop Command level policies and procedures
- Cognizance of various DoD policies and regulations (e.g. 8500, 5200), and ability to interpret such policies and regulations as provided to the Afloat community
