Job Description:
The Vice President, Managed Services will be responsible for leading the Managed Service department (inclusive of SEO, SEM, and social media), including overseeing the daily operations of the team, and setting the direction for future growth and product efforts. The Vice President is responsible for growing this combined $15 million book of business, for service delivery excellence, customer retention and satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The VP sets the departmental strategy, determines ongoing tactics, oversees budget (underspend and overspend) efficiency and accuracy, and is accountable for customer satisfaction and results generated by the team.The VP is responsible for staffing, training, operational processes and procedures, and performance management. The VP works closely with the Customer Success teams to resolve complex customer issues, and with the Sales team as a subject matter expert and voice of expertise to win sales opportunities. The VP is the trusted “face” of DealerOn’s excellence in digital advertising and SEO, presenting at conferences, media interviews, and customer advisory boards across all the markets in which DealerOn and its Lead Science division operate. The VP attends major conferences as a subject matter expert and performs SEO demos.
This is a full-time remote position.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee department service delivery and customer relationship health and results to increase customer retention and investment across key digital platforms.
- Working through Directors and Managers establish monitor and maintain KPIs, metrics and quality controls for all initial and recurring tasks completed by Team.
- Instill values and behaviors within the teams that foster problem-solving, engagement, proactivity, collaboration, and accuracy.
- Manager workflow while leading improvement initiatives to streamline processes and approaches to help the teams execute their jobs more efficiently.
- Address challenging situations with clients and deescalate client related issues.
- Responsible for ongoing strategy for growth and retention of all clients
- Lead monthly audits on all work being performed and reviewing weekly revenue forecast reports.
- Manage communications across DealerOn departments.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Master’s Degree preferred, bachelor’s degree required
- 7-8 years in digital and programmatic advertising and local SEO experience and 7-8 years’ experience in digital advertising operations and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines.
- Working HTML and CSS knowledge
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Screaming Frog, and Photoshop
- Excellent in Google AdWords and Google Analytics mastery at data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent in digital advertising platforms like Google Campaign Manager, Simpli.fi, Adobe, FullPath, or others
- Excellent content writing and content editing ability
- Proficient in Google Analytics and data analysis
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Advanced experience in Local SEO and Digital Advertising
- Ability to confidently communicate with automotive dealers.
- PR and outreach experience
- Experience managing processes for a large team of SEO and digital marketing Consultants.

The salary range for this position is $132,400 - $274,200.
The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the life time of the role.
