We are offering a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) Marketing Operations Intern role to work with team members across our organization, assisting with marketing operations and technology. In this role, you will support multiple FMX teams by helping to manage data, create reports, and improve automation processes. You will work with industry-leading tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Zapier, Typeform, and Microsoft Excel, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:


As the Marketing Operations Intern, you will:


  • Establish and perform data cleanup/audits within in Marketo alongside our Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Create programs in Marketo and Salesforce to accurately track lead generation from our Field Marketing events
  • Create and audit insightful reports in Salesforce to support marketing and sales strategies
  • Assist with improving automation processes within Marketo, optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency across the Operations and Marketing teams

Compensation:


  • The hourly range for this position is expected to be $15-20/hr.
