Role Description


A Franchisee with Status Solutions Network is a community champion! They will connect local schools and businesses to create an ecosystem of mutual benefit through selling advertising memberships within a given community. This Entrepreneur will purchase, organize, operate, and grow their own business with guidance from the Franchisor, Status Solutions. Building a personal asset, like a franchise, requires financial knowledge in many aspects of business, a demonstrated history of financial stability is required.

A Franchisee will identify and contact potential members by following a specific set of business practices set in place by Status Solutions. Additionally, this Entrepreneur will be required to attend local events and be responsible for transferring energy and enthusiasm to the community.

Responsibilities:


  • Has a clear understanding of the Status Solutions business model and the relationship to Status Solutions Network.
  • Creating an environment that fosters mutual benefit.
  • Builds lasting relationships in their communities to effectively identify and contact potential members for Status Solutions Network.
  • Advocates for situational awareness technologies to be the norm in local businesses and schools.
  • Possess the ability to be flexible and adaptable at all times.
  • Actively sells community memberships for the network.
  • Collects membership fees.
  • Seeks new business opportunities for Status Solutions.
  • Collects finder fees for new Status Solutions customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve measurable goals to stay focused and ensure the success of the franchise.
  • Collaborates with team and Franchisor to grow business.
  • Follows specific set of business practices established by the Franchisor.

Requirements


  • Demonstrated history of leading teams and hitting target metrics.

  • Ability to access information and make an informed decision.
  • Firm understanding of financial knowledge:
  • Profit/Loss
  • Labor and material costs
  • Accounting
  • Personal accountability and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to identify and achieve desired goals.
  • Displays a continuous learner mindset and shares knowledge transfer accordingly.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.
