Job Description


ABOUT THE ROLE


Step into a pivotal role in our company's success as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. You'll be the driving force behind the scenes, helping to orchestrate trade shows and events that connect us with industry leaders. From managing logistics to creating eye-catching promotional materials, your efforts will ensure every event is flawlessly executed, generates excitement, and brand awareness.Your creativity will shine as you collaborate with our Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our Social Media presence, crafting compelling content, and visually engaging designs that captivate our audience.

You'll also play a key role in developing and launching targeted Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring our messages resonate with our audiences.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, organization, and bringing Marketing ideas and projects to life.

**This is a hybrid role which requires one day per week in our Philadelphia, PA office, and the possibility of additional days during busier periods.  Our Marketing & Events Coordinator will also need to travel to trade shows and events up to 20% of the time.** 


Core Functions/Duties  


  • Order and manage inventory of swag items, promotional materials, and event supplies.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate all logistics including the timely shipping and delivery of materials, trade show booth, and other event materials to and from event locations. 
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure services and products needed for events.
  • Maintain the Trade Show and Events calendar and meet all deadlines and deliverables.

Marketing Support:


  • Order business cards and printed materials for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Support the Marketing team with campaign execution and project coordination.
  • Create, design, and manage Social Media content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics for Social Media accounts.
  • Assist with content creation and development of our Email Marketing campaigns in HubSpot. 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining contact lists, and coordinating meetings.

Compensation range for this role begins at $48,000 + bonus + equity

WHAT YOU'LL NEED


Education


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Graphic Design or related fields preferred.


Required Experience


  • 1-3 years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences, including managing logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating projects with a focus on brand consistency and effective communication
  • Experience utilizing a content management system to create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.

Preferred Experience


  • Experience with event management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HubSpot 
  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing environment.
